Garcelle Beauvais had already ditched the hyphenate. Now she can file away the paperwork.
E! News has confirmed that the Franklin & Bash star (and recent Sean Penn dinner companion) is now officially divorced from talent agent Mike Nilon, a little more than a year after she fired off an email to Nilon's colleagues at CAA informing them all that he was a cheater.
Which is known in legal parlance as irreconcilable differences.

Beauvais and Nilon have 3-year-old twin sons together, Jax and Jaid Joseph, and will share custody. She also has a 20-year-old son from a previous relationship.
The actress filed for divorce on May 10, 2010.
"I was angry," she admitted to E! News last year after her aggressive email blast. "I'm taking it one day at a time, and I'm learning how strong I am."
Though basing her comments at the time on the infamous infidelity stories about Tiger Woods and Jesse James, she showed quite a bit of prescience when she added, "I think now we're so into instant gratification. I think we're so accessible with the Twitter, the Facebook and everything that people are just becoming greedy."
Beauvais has definitely been making the most of her independence, scoring a role in TNT's new legal dramedy Franklin & Bash and raising money for victims of the earthquake in her native Haiti last year.
She was looking on when Penn was honored at Help Haiti: Urban Zen HHRH & the Stiller Foundation event in New York City in February.
